Vintage Whiting & Davis Metal Mesh bag from the 1920s, in a FAB Art Deco pattern of watercolors, almost Monet in style, of pink, blue brown and green, in a stylized floral pattern. Both sides are identical. The frame is fancy, brass and engraved and there is a green silk lining. ( the lining is loose)

The vintage Whiting & Davis purse measures 3.75" wide, and 5" long to the point. It has silver chain fringe.

Although not marked Whiting & Davis, I believe it is that make- there were many unmarked from that company- you can tell by the design of the mesh.
